Katelyn graduated from the Aesthetics program in Morgantown in 2013. Since then, she has taken any and every opportunity to grow her knowledge in the skincare industry, always researching the best skincare lines & treatments. She prides herself in her work and her relationships with her clients. She always had a passion for all things beauty. Katelyn is born and raised in Morgantown WV. She loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling & making her friends laugh. Being an only child, Katelyn decided to stay in Morgantown to be close to her parents and wanted to plant roots and start a business here. She is certified in many different facial treatments and skincare lines. Her true passion is getting to the root of the skin issue, working with all skin types, budgets, and really focusing on realistic results. Katelyn believes in an honest & comfortable environment when it comes to beauty services, and that is exactly what she created in her facial room!
Cherish Shiflett

Cherish has always had a passion for the beauty industry from a very young age. She was born and raised in West Virginia and graduated from Morgantown Beauty College as a Cosmetologist. She specializes in all things blonde, balayage, lived-in color, textured cuts, and is certified in hand-tied extensions. She strives to give each of her guests a personal and custom experience! Her love and passion for the industry shines through her work and loves making people feel beautiful. Opening a spa/salon was her dream come true! When she’s not behind the chair, she’s spending time and making memories with her husband, two children, and dogs! Beyond hairstyling, Cherish’s mission is for every individual stepping through the doors of The Glamour Collective, to depart not only looking radiant, but also feeling truly luminous from within!
Ari Baker-Greathouse

Originally from central West Virginia, I knew as soon as I came to Morgantown that this is where I wanted to call home and plant roots. I graduated from the Esthetics program in 2014, immediately wanting to focus on more advanced treatments and skincare. I pride myself on continued education to always ensure that I am doing the absolute best for my clients and providing them with an honest and advanced approach to their treatments. Creating relationships and ultimately a safe space for you within my treatment room is just a bonus. I am a married dog mom of two who gets to pursue her passion one day at a time and I am thankful to everyone supporting this journey.
